What a discovery call is for (and what it isn't)
Thirty minutes, no pitch, and a clearer picture of what your business actually needs.
A discovery call is the first conversation we have with any business. It's short, it's free, and it isn't a sales pitch. Its job is to help both of us work out whether there's something worth doing together.
What we'll talk about
- What your business does, and what makes it different from the others in your field
- Who your customers are and how they find you today
- What's prompting you to look at your website, brand or software now
- Any timing or budget you already have in mind
You don't need to prepare anything. If you have examples of sites you like, or a list of frustrations with what you have now, bring them along. Both are useful.
What happens afterwards
If it sounds like a good fit, we'll follow up with a written proposal that sets out scope, timing and cost. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly, and where we can, point you toward something that suits you better.
Either way, most people leave the call with a clearer picture of what they need than when they started. That alone tends to be worth the half hour.
